Vasectomy Verify offers an easy, at-home way to confirm whether your vasectomy was successful.
In the past, post-vasectomy testing meant going back to a clinic, producing a sample on-site, and waiting for results — all with added stress and discomfort. With Vasectomy Verify, you collect your sample at home and mail it to our CLIA-certified lab using discreet packaging. You’ll get accurate, lab-grade results without leaving your house. If you value privacy, convenience, and trusted results, Vasectomy Verify could be the right choice for you.
Our lab is fully CLIA-certified, meaning it meets strict federal standards under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments - also known as CLIA (pronounced “klee-yuh”). This certification ensures that our semen analysis results are accurate, reliable, and appropriate for making medical decisions. CLIA compliance is overseen by three major federal agencies: the FDA, CMS, and CDC, each playing a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of laboratory testing in the U.S.
Vasectomy Verify is fully HIPAA compliant, which means your personal information and test results are protected according to the highest standards in healthcare privacy. From secure registration to discreet packaging and encrypted result delivery, we’re committed to keeping your data safe and confidential every step of the way.

No, do not use any lubricants, lotions, or other products when producing your sample. These can contaminate the sample and may interfere with accurate lab results. For best results, collect the sample without using any added substances.
After collecting your sample, place the labeled tube into the biohazard bag and seal it. Then put the bag into the box, and place the box inside the prepaid shipping bag. Drop it off at any USPS location on a Monday or Tuesday before 2 PM. Be sure to collect and ship your sample on the same day.
